ABOUT Re-Grow Tech

 

The Birth:

 

Tapan Started Re-Grow Tech in 2012 as a full-time sub-contractor to a home based truck and dog plant hire company. With his novice approach to deal with tenders and accurate QS skills, the company won more than 23 projects just in 15 months. With the profitable tenders and a continuous QS assistance to company’s project management team, the company saw an immense growth from a 6 truck and dog – a plant hire company to a medium size contracting company who could bid and win project worth up to $2M in Civil Works.  

Tapan moved on to outsource his skill to other companies once the company was set with more than 20 staff and more than 13 Truck and dogs/quads & a fleet of 10 owned machines on a daily payroll with 20 other staff to monitor daily works.

 

The Development:

 

During his time with the previous company, Tapan met many like – minded people who could understand a clear and novice way of quantity surveying and estimating, who showed a direction and guidance to those companies who needed an estimator skills on board but affordability was an issue. Tapan provided his skill on an hourly rate to those and he enhanced his own skill to various trades not only limiting to civil estimation but to block works, and structural steel works as well.

 

The Expansion:
